Fundamentals

This page contains the core subject matter that I would like to communicate through this site.

They are subjects which I consider to be both fundamental and essential for ones pursuit of Truth.

Most of these articles will challenge the traditional teachings and doctrines of the mainstream Christian ‘institutionalised’ church and therefore, the beliefs of most traditional Christian believers.

If you are not one who is searching for Truth or ready to challenge your current beliefs then you will probably reject the content without scholarly consideration.

I would appeal to all who read through this content to pray first and ask the Father to open your hearts and minds to recieve His message and to protect you from any falsehood.

I do not claim that what I present here is the last word on any matter. I merely present, for your consideration, what I have uncovered and concluded through my years of searching.

I am not looking to build my own personal ‘following’ or support base, but want to merely provide you with material for you to consider.

Trust and follow no man with your personal insight. Rely fully as the Spirit guides you.

Contrary to what your Pastor or church leaders may have told you, the Holy Spirit is your personal Guide and Teacher in this life. It will be His job to impart and transmit all of this knowledge direct to you once you start to seek after it:

………..

“But God has revealed them to us through His Spirit. For the Spirit searches all things, yes, the deep things of God. For what man knows the things of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so no one knows the things of God except the Spirit of God. Now we have received, not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might know the things that have been freely given to us by God.” (1 Corinthians 2:10)

“But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, HE WILL TEACH YOU ALL THINGS, and bring to your remembrance all things that I have said to you.” (John 14:26)

“However, when He, the Spirit of truth, has come, HE WILL GUIDE YOU INTO ALL TRUTH …” (JOHN 16:13)

But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

1 John 2:27

………..

1 Corinthians 2:10 lays the foundation when it says that no one knows the things of The Father except the Holy Spirit – and that the Holy Spirit has been given to each and every one of us in order to reveal the things that Father wants to reveal to us. In other words, it is the job of the Holy Spirit to release the knowledge of YHWH direct to us!

John 14:26 then confirms the first verse when it says that the Holy Spirit will be our Teacher and that He will “teach us all things.” Notice the word “all” – that He will teach us “all things.”

Think about what is being said in this verse. This statement being made by YHWH  that the Holy Spirit can teach us all things and to transmit His knowledge to us.

This is why the Holy Spirit is called “the Helper” in John 14:26. The Holy Spirit cannot help you unless He is able to transmit His words of knowledge and wisdom to you as you will need them.

Essentials

What does Scripture reveal on the following subjects?

The Way of Salvation

If one was to accept the Crhistian message of Salvation as a simple ‘believe and recieve’ gift, then surely we would only need to retain the verse John 3:16 as our entire Bible. If everything was done by ‘Jesus’ and there is nothing left for us to do then is it any wonder that Christianity is in such a mess.

One needs only to consider the original story of the Israelites being ‘saved’ to glean a better understanding of our salvation.

The original story of the enslaved Israelites in Egypt required them to apply the blood of a slaughtered lamb onto the doorpost of their homes in order for the death angel to pass-over them. They were saved through both faith and action. But this was only the begining of their journey with YHWH. They then had to enter the ‘wilderness’ and learn His ways – the Torah. They were then supposed to enter the ‘promised land’ which they did not – other than Caleb and Joshua.

This account in Exodus contains the details for our salvation today. Much is required but sadly most will only apply the blood on their door post and believe that is the only requirement.

The traditional church teachings have totally destroyed the full message of salvation and for that reason most congregants will not enter the ‘promised land’.

The Torah

The common belief within Christianity today is that the Law (Torah) of the Old Testament is no longer valid for today’s converts who are saved by grace and therefore have only to believe. Some say that to recognise and observe the Torah/Law is to return to the curse/bondage of the Law and possibly risk one’s salvation.

This belief is partly due to a misunderstanding of the word Torah/Law and an association with ‘legalism’. It is only after spending time analysing the subject of the Torah through prayer and meditation that one truly begins to see clearly.

I accept that many people are returning to embrace all aspects of the Torah with no consideration for the teaching of Y’Shua which I believe will entrap them. One needs to embrace the details of the Torah through the ‘light’ (wisdom) of Y’Shua.

My article ‘The Greater Light‘ will reveal the relationship between Y’Shua and the Torah.

I believe that without a suitable understanding of the Torah it is impossible to understand the role of the Messiah and his teachings.

To repent means to return and we must return to the point from where we departed long ago – which is the Torah. From there we can begin the journey again with the Messiah as our Shepherd.

Appointed Times
When our Messiah came to this earth it wasn’t a surprise to anyone who knew the Scriptures.  For centuries leading up to His coming in the flesh, the Torah and the Prophets spoke of Him.
YHWH had placed His Sabbath, His feasts, and other pictures that pointed directly to Messiah, in the lives of those who loved Him.

However, once Y’Shua (Yahushua) came, the shadows that foretold His coming and who He is did not pass away.  These prophetic days and objects reflect the past and future coming of our King.

We as His children can enjoy the blessing of YHWH’s Appointed Times and special pictures of His perfect plan even today until He returns.

There is much to say and understand on the subject of Sabbath days and YHWH’s calendar.

With so much prophetic detail contained in the Moedim one must question why Christianity avoids these appointed times and has introduced other non-biblical days to honour instead – in total defiance to the Father.

Without a clear and thorough understanding of the hidden meaning contained within the Biblical feast days it is impossible to discern the times that we are living in and forthcoming prophetic end-time events.

The Menorah

The first direct mention and detailed description of the Menorah is found in Exodus 25:31-40. Moses had just returned from Mount Sinai where he had been in communion with YHWH. It was there that he had been instructed to make the lampstand.

The Menorah is conceivably the most comprehensive of all Scripture symbols. As such, it is important that believers investigate the origin, use and purpose of this symbol referenced in both Old and New Testaments. We will discover that this lampstand symbolizes many things such as the Nation of Israel, the believers, the Set-apart Spirit, the Word of YHWH, the Seven Spirits of YHWH, even the Master Yahushua Messiah himself as “the light of the world.

But why has the Christian church neglected to retain the menorah as a symbol but has rather replaced it with a symbol of ‘death’ – the cross.

Two House Israel

Without understanding the Two Houses of Israel, we will be teaching an incomplete Good News message.
Much in the Messianic Scriptures is misunderstood and incorrectly taught, because the Two Houses of Israel –  Judah and Ephraim, are overlooked and considered a small thing.

The prophet Ezekiel had much to say concerning the future union of these two groups.

Could the parable of the prodigal son be an illustration of these two ‘sons’ ? One who remained at home to be with the father and the other who went off into the wider evil world and became as a filthy rag.

When will they be re-united with their Father?

Baptism

It would seem completely normal and correct for one to immdediately think of water when one hears the word ‘baptism’. And so it is that the church has embraced the tradition of baptising new converts with water. Some denominations sprinkle some water onto a person and others fully immerse. But whichever way the church performs the ritual the question must be asked -is water baptism for believers in Y’Shua today?

In Mark 1: 8 we read:

‘I indeed have baptized you with water: but he shall baptize you with the Holy Spirit.’

also in Matthew 3:11 and Luke 3:16:

‘I indeed baptize you with water unto repentance: but he that cometh after me is mightier than I, whose shoes I am not worthy to bear: he shall baptize you with the Holy Ghost, and with fire.’

It would appear to me that what John was doing with his ritual water cleansing/baptism was replaced with something new – Spirit and Fire baptism.

But wasn’t Y’Shua baptised by John in water you may ask.

I was personally baptised by full water immerssion and thereafter baptised myself again. But now I am totally convinced that this type of baptism is not required and in fact was replaced by the baptism of the Spirit and of Fire.

Deeper Insight

For those seekers who are willing and able to chew on some meat

The Greater Light

When one accepts that the whole of Scripture is written in a ‘poetic’ style of language of parables, similitudes, analogies, metaphors and shadow illustrations etc, one begins to realise that much more is being communicated within the passages of Scripture than originally thought.

One such hidden picture is that of the lights in the sky i.e. the sun, moon and stars. The Scripture has much to say on these lights and their role in this world.

They are a beautiful revelation of the Torah of Moses (to rule the night), the flickering light of the saints and the Bright Morning Star to rule the day – bringing forth warmth, comfort and ‘life giving’ power.

No amount of darkness can ever overshadow these ‘lights’.

The Sabbath Sign

My motivation for compiling this article was the result of watching a very good video pertaining to the changes made to the Sabbath day by religious authorities. This video is inserted at the end of the article for your viewing. I highly recommend it even if you are familiar with this history.

Watching the video triggered some further thoughts that I have had for some time regarding the Sabbath and its possible prophetic meaning. Most teachings on the topic of the Sabbath concentrate on following the Sabbath commandment and the historical deviation from such by the Christian church. There does not appear to be anybody discussing the deeper prophetic picture portrayed in the Sabbath other than that it is pointing to the Millennium Sabbath day i.e. the seven thousandth year.

It would appear to me though that our Father is communicating something far deeper than just the historical importance of the weekly Sabbath and our weekly observance today. Allow me to share these thoughts.

The Bride

Most believers within the Christian community have been taught that the’church’ is the ‘Bride of Christ’. Most believers accept this message as the beautiful truth and for the most part carry on life as normal.

If you are one who believes this message to be true then you too have been decieved.

The biblical pattern (Genesis -Adamand Eve) of the Bride reveals that the bride is taken out of the ‘body’ and is not the ‘body’ itself.

The Scripture is full of descriptive language to outline the attributes of the ‘set-apart’ Bride in waiting. The criteria portray a high calling for a dedicated and loyal group of believers who will be chosen as the Bride.

Christ loved the church and gave Himself up for her to sanctify her, cleansing her by the washing with water through the word, and to present her to Himself as a glorious church, without stain or wrinkle or any such blemish, but holy and blameless

Ephesians 5:25-27

Another point to consider is that the Messaih Y’Shua is only coming back to reccieve His Bride and is not coming to remove all believers from this earth and from the end time wrath.

The mainstream ‘church’ message of the ‘rapture’ and the ‘bride’ is full of error and will leave many believers truly heartbroken (to say the least) when the time comes.

Born Again

Most Christian Believers in Yahushua the Messiah would possibly suggest that because they have confessed their faith in ‘Jesus’ that they are then considered ‘Born again’ according to the words of Y’Shua:

John 3:3  Jesus answered and said unto him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God.

John 3:7  Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again.

Could this belief be reinforced by verses such as 2Corintheans 5:17 ‘ Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.’

Maybe this view is further supported through the King James translation of 1Peter 1:23  ‘Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever.’

A closer look at 1Peter will reveal that a different Greek word is used for the words ‘born again’ than the Greek used in John 3:3/7

Could it be that Christianity has misunderstood the concept and meaning behind the term being ‘Born Again’? Is there a much deeper spiritual message in the words of our Messiah Yahushua than is widely understood?

The Woman

Currently under review

There is a vital message contained in the biblical account of a man and his wife that is rarely discussed. In fact I have not come across a  meaningful discussion on this topic.

Maybe it is because of gender sensitivity in todays world and the battle for gender equality. I believe that man has lost his place as ‘head’ of the family and as a leader in community through millenia of abuse against wives in particular and women in general.

Anyway this message needs to be shared because it is how the original sin came to be in the garden.

The Biblical physical relationship between a man and his wife should be a manifestation of a much deeper intimate relationship of the ‘masculine’ and the ‘feminine’ feature of mankind.

Why was Adam made from the dust of the earth and yet Eve was taken out of him?

How does this relationship relate to Y’Shua and His Bride to be.

What should the relationship look like between a man and his wife.

What is the spiritual implication of what is taking place in the world today with so many women in positions of power and rulership?

This article is not for the immature reader.

The Salvation of All Mankind

Is it really true i.e. a Biblical Truth, that our Heavenly Father – our loving Father who created all things, is only going to ‘save’ a portion of His created family of humans?

Or could it be that all, or certainly the vast majority, of believers who accept the traditional church narrative that only certain indidividuals will be saved and the rest will suffer in hell for eternity are in fact being decieved through this doctrine.

Yes, I was one of those who believed that theology until I was directed to some literature on the topic which provided overwhelming Biblical evidence to show that our Loving Creator has always intended to save ALL of His children –  as clearly stated in His Word. It is simply a matter of timing and the different harvests of souls.

What is the Father’s will then regarding the salvation of mankind? Does He intend to save all people, or just a few?

In 1 Timothy 2:4, Paul writes that the Almighty Father…

wills that all mankind be saved and come into a realization of the truth.

Peter agrees when he writes in 2 Peter 3:9 that our Father

does not intend for any to perish, but all to come to repentance.

These verses reveal YHWH’s will for the salvation of mankind. And His stated will is to save all mankind.

This point bears repeating. Our loving Heavenly Father’s stated will is to save all people. Not Christians only. Not 5% of humanity. But all. Every last person who has ever walked the earth.

The only questions are these:

  1. Is the Almighty powerful enough to accomplish His will? (Can He do it?)
  2. And if He is indeed powerful enough, will He in fact do it? (Will He do it?)

I do however accept that it take a large amount of evidence to convince most of the Truth in this regard and therefore I present the attached evidence…

‘Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.’
Revelation chapter 18 vs 4

The Trumpet Call

Messages of warning, a call to awaken and to be set-apart

Come Out
Have you ever wondered what the verse in the book of Revelation chapter 18 vs 4 means?:
‘Come out of her, my people, that ye be not partakers of her sins, and that ye receive not of her plagues.’
(also – 2 Corinthians 6:17)
Throughout the Scriptures, YHWH’s message to His people remains the same – that we are to be separate from the ways of the world.
This is a difficult thing to do  because the humanistic/godless influence that surrounds us is vast and stems from as far back as Babylon (Genesis 11:1-9).  This influence comes from the father of all lies – ‘ha satan’ i.e. carnal man.
We must begin to see and understand the things in this world which have made themselves an enemy of YHWH – as well as those habits and rituals  which have become entrenched within the Christian Church.
We should acknowledge the Father and His ways rather than secular humanism, paganism and the ‘traditions of men’.
But how influenced is the ‘church’ by these worldly factors?

Christianity’s Golden Calf

Was the event outlined in Exodus chapter 32 reflecting Aaron’s support and participation with the impatient,  rebellious Israelites, of forming an idol to worship, simply an unfornunate and regrettable event in Biblical history?

Is there possibly a dire warning in this event and also a prophetic picture of a greater future atrocity to come of similar idolatrous worship.

Have the believers in Y’Shua, ever since His departure to be with the Father, formed another ‘golden calf’ in the form of an idolatrous religious system?

Read on and you decide.

The Satanic Agenda

It is never a good thing to stare too long into the dark abyss of evil that has encompassed the world. Fear can easily lead to panic and a lack of faith/trust that the Almighty Father is in full control. YHWH is the ultimate Master of all things and uses the evil in this world for His greater plan and purpose.

Having said that, it is extremely helpful to understand the extent to which the evil ways of man has dominated mankind since the very begining. Understanding the layout of this evil web of power should help to draw the ‘faithful’ closer to the Father and away from worldliness/godlessness.

This page content should enable one to see the rebuilding of ‘Babylon’ mentioned in Genesis and man’s desire to rule the world as ‘god’.

This will of course fail – as outlined in the book of Revelation. chapter 18.

One should realise that man’s heart, without YHWH, is evil beyond measure:

‘The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately wicked: who can know it?’

Jeremiah 17:9

A house of Merchandise

In the book of Ecclesiastes chapter 1 verse 9  Solomon provides a warning for us when he stated:

‘The thing that hath been, it is that which shall be; and that which is done is that which shall be done: and there is no new thing under the sun.’

Many readers would have been quite astonsihed when reading the account in the Gospels when the Messiah Yahushua drove the money changers out of the temple courts along with their merchandise. I can not recall another incident when Y’shua was more angry. His anger was recalled by his followers from Psalm 69.9 where it stated ‘ The zeal of thine house hath eaten me up’.

What have we learned from this lesson or have we missed the warning message for church leaders and believers today.

Have we forgotten that the dwelling place of the Almighty is to be a set-apaart place of prayer? Why then all the merchandising and money lust?

Christian Zionism

What is Zionism and who are Zionists?

Could it be that 9 out of 10 Zionists are actually Christians?

Why is it so important for Christians to support the return of Jewish people to a land called Israel?

What does the New Testament have to say regarding those individuals who reject the Messiah Yahushua?

Are all Jews supportive of the return of Jews to Israel? What do the orthodox Rabbis have to say regarding this?

Is Judaism and Zionism the same thing or are they totally different?

Are all Jews, wherever they live in the world, nationals of Israel?

What is ‘antisemitism’ and is ‘anti-zionism’ really ‘antisemitism’?

Did German Zionists really establish an agreement with Hitler and Nazi Germany to assist with relocating Germans Jews to Palestine?

Why is it so important for Christian Zionists to hear the Truth and understand that their Zionsist Belief is based on gross misunderstanding of both the New Testament and Bible Prophecy?
